The goal of creating a production ticket directly from a sales order is completely met! Notice that the Dye Lot information, sales order information and production order information is all part of this one page which follows each order through the shop floor. The barcode is scanned by each Captor work station as work is performed.


As the production ticket moves from one workstation to the next, it is scanned into the Captor system. Each transaction is inserted into the line item notes field on the sales order. At any time, the sales order can be reviewed to check the production details (below).
